Keeping an eye on Statutory Compliance is one of her key challenges. Sangeeta strives to ensure internal procedures remain up to date for the betterment of the employees and the organization.

She not only advises team managers but also consults with executives on strategic planning and is an important bridge between the shopfloor and senior management.

Additionally, Sangeeta plans, coordinates and directs the administrative functions with a focus on quality and accuracy

Her strong interpersonal and organizational skills have led her to work in large hiring projects. Keeping employees motivated, whilst meeting the strategic needs of the organization, Sangeeta is central in making Sriggle a great place to work.
