Sangeeta oversees all aspects of Human Resource Management. Her responsibilities cover Recruitment, Staffing, Resource Management, Workforce Analysis, Talent Retention, Compensation & Benefits and implementing the Performance Appraisal process.
Keeping an eye on Statutory Compliance is one of her key challenges. Sangeeta strives to ensure internal procedures remain up to date for the betterment of the employees and the organization.
She not only advises team managers but also consults with executives on strategic planning and is an important bridge between the shopfloor and senior management.
Additionally, Sangeeta plans, coordinates and directs the administrative functions with a focus on quality and accuracy
